FBI XL-2 Security System Programming Manual
« on: January 07, 2005, 07:37:12 AM »
Can anyone send me a programming manual for the FBI XL-2 alarm system?  I have the owners manual but need to make some changes and the owners manual doesn't cover any of that stuff.  I would definitely appreciate any help!  My email is tjan1@juno.com.

Thanks!
Tony

do a little googling under FBII, and you'll find one in a matter of seconds, the main thing is you're going to need the installer code, and know which XL2 you have (T,G,P,etc)

Tried Google and looked at plenty of sites, but no luck.  I need the manual that explains how to program my XL-2 system, so I assume it's called the "programming" manual, but not sure, and don't wanna pay for a copy that may not cover what I want.  I need to make a couple of changes .... recently, because of a power surge, my system was replaced.  Now I have to press "bypass" and the code to enable the motion detector after the unit has been in the "stay" situation.  This wasn't the case in the past.  Also, I need to change one of my doors to allow entry and exit.
Any help would be appreciated.
PS:  It's just the plain old XL-2 (no suffix)
